As a member of ESH's mathematics department, you will be part of a multicultural team consisting of 15 highly motivated teachers in four language departments. About the role
As a teacher of mathematics:
·         offer pupils aged 11 to 18 engaging mathematics lessons in German, following the curriculum of the European school system.
·         create a learning environment that nurtures the talents of all students.
·         work with a team of passionate educators to support a successful math education for our students.

Das Gehalt beträgt mindestens 3463 € und maximal 5277 € für einen Vollzeitvertrag in der LB-Skala. Die Gehaltsskala und die angebotene Stufe hängen von Ihrer Erfahrung ab.

We are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications
·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics or teacher training in mathematics
·         Lehrbefähigung für die Sekundarstufe II / Gymnasium oder die Bereitschaft, die Qualifikation berufsbegleitend zu erwerben („eerstegraads onderwijsbevoegdheid“ der niederländischen Bildungsbehörden).
·         Ability to give lessons in German (level C1 or higher).
·         Good knowledge of English for communication at school (B2 level).
·         Knowledge of other European languages is desirable, but not mandatory.
·         Experience in teaching in an international or intercultural environment is desirable.
·         Ability to teach creatively and inclusively, as well as a willingness to engage in extracurricular activities.
